Pan'e Sapa

A poor sweet rich in flavors.

The Pan'e Sapa was considered in Sardinian culture as a poor sweet, typically produced for holidays, especially in the period between October and November when the harvest ends. It's composed of a paste of sapa (syrup obtained from the cooked honey) and dry fruits as raisin, walnut and sweet almonds.



INGREDIENTS:  

Raisins (Sultana grape, cottonseed oil is not hydrogenated), Water, Soft wheat flour type "00", Almonds, Walnuts, Semolina of Hard Wheat, Sapa 3% (Honey, Flavours), Savory (coriander seeds, cinnamon, caraway seeds, cloves, nutmeg, star anise), Flavours.

It may contain traces of milk products and derivatives, eggs and, sulfur dioxide.
